I love, love my seafood as it is light, healthy and yummy. Below is a simple recipe that I make at least 1x a week (with different variations) and I hope you ladies enjoy it as well.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
1 tablespoon ricaito
1 tablespoon sofrito
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
Directions: Place shrimp in a bowl and mix with above ingredients. Place pan on the stove and coat the pan lightly with extra virgin olive oil. Place pan over medium heat and place shrimp in pan when hot. Saute shrimp in pan sauteing until pink. Once shrimp is pink on the outside place top on pan and let simmer on low heat.
Serve this shrimp over rice and enjoy this simple but tasty meal.
