Rihanna's depressed about being assaulted!

Rihanna says her brief romance with rapper Drake didn't quite work out because she was still depressed about being assaulted by former lover Chris Brown when she met him.The Umbrella singer dated the Canadian hip-hop star in May last year for a short while but admits she was too fragile emotionally after being assaulted just a few months earlier. "I definitely was attracted to Drake, but we didn't want to take it any further. It was at a really fragile time in my life. So, I just didn't want to get too serious with anyone at that time," says Rihanna.

And while the romance fizzled out soon after, the two have recently teamed up for new single What's My Name?, which sees them appear in the song's racy video together.
