This is a very popular recipe among some and the others just don't know what they're missing. If you love cheese and tomatoes then you will love this sandwich. I introduced this to my mom and at first she wasn't sure if it would be good but now she is hooked. This is a great healthy sandwich for lunch with a side of soup or a great grilled sandwich for breakfast. Check out this easy recipe below.
Cheddar Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices cheddar cheese
Slices of Tomato to your liking
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Drizzle of vinegar
For Lunch: Align cheddar cheese on bread and place tomatoes on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper and proceed to drizzle a bit of vinegar. You can eat this just the way it is or if you have access to a microwave heat for 15 seconds to warm.
For Breakfast: Make the sandwich like above and place butter or olive oil in pan (just like you would to make a grilled cheese sandwich.) Fry on both sides and serve while hot.
