Ladies, we always hear how fruit is good for you and you should eat it on a daily basis. Even though this is true we rarely hear the facts of how fruit can benefit a woman's body. Below are some common fruits and the health benefits they provide to us.
Bananas- Contains different types of sugars (glucose, fructose and sucrose) and fiber. Due to these ingredients bananas are a great way to start your day as it is known to be a prolonged source of energy. Many women are also known to have anemia which is a very common iron deficiency. Kiwi- Kiwi has health benefits that include Vitamin C, Fiber, Minerals and Enzymes. It not only has all the nutritional intake you need but it is also a beauty supplement. Kiwi is very often used as a product to help maintain beautiful and balanced facial skin. The fruit eliminates black spots on the face and smooths the skin. When looking at the fruit you can clearly see it has antioxidants and in turn this causes the slow down of premature aging.
Figs- Figs are very high in nutritional content and helps to balance the female body systems. Figs contain vitamin B6 which is a mood boosting serotonin that helps to lower cholesterol and prevent water retention. This is a great factor as it helps to balance the mood of a woman who is suffering from the effects of her menstrual cycle.
