Demi Lovato was spotted in Santa Monica on Friday, having come home from an Illinois rehab center earlier this week after completing a 90-day in-patient treatment program. The actress wants to focus on getting back into her "regular routine" and spend time with her family and close friends, according to sources.
"She left with full sign-off from the facility," a source close to Lovato said, adding that she came back earlier in the week. "She will continue to see doctors in LA who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment."
