According to a friend of Miley’s her latest tattoo is a replica of a dream catcher that hangs over her bed. The friend claims the dream catcher has “four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters. The dream catcher is to protect them." How sweet! She seems determined to show the world her new ink; she wore a t-shirt with the whole side open to expose the tattoo.
