Understanding Female Body Types


We all know that as human beings we come in all kinds of different shapes and sizes. And when it comes to female bodies, the categories and illustrations that try to explain the different shapes are endless, however, there are four basic body types which most females fall into; and they are:


A) The Apple Body Type



B) The Hourglass Body Type



C) The Pear Body shape Type



D) The Athletic Body Type



knowing your body type is so important because it would not only help you understand your body better, but would also make it easier for you to know which kinds of clothes and cuts would fit you the best. In addition, because your body type determines your workout, it would make it easier for you to know which exercises you should do in order to a maintain a fit and proportionate body.
