Sun-outage...trading suspended on BSE,NSE

The exchanges would stop trading at 11:25 a.m. and resume at 12:10 p.m. during the period.
The Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange have revised their trading hours until October 8, 2008 as the sun's position may disrupt information received via satellites.
Trading on both exchanges would start at 9:55 a.m. and end at 4:15 p.m. because of the sun outage.
The exchanges would stop trading at 11:25 a.m. and resume at 12:10 p.m. during the period.
At 11:25 am (IST), the BSE 30-share Sensex gained 174 points at 13,744 and the NSE Nifty was up 48 points at 4,174.
