Fabulous Workout Pick....8 Moves to Perk Up Your Boobs!

What better way to start your day then with a great workout.  Due to the fact that most of us are on the go I like to pick short but satisfying workouts.  Below is my pick of the week.

What to do: Two to three sets of the indicated reps per move, three times a week on nonconsecutive days.



What you'll need: Two medium-resistance exercise bands and two washcloths or paper plates as gliders.
