Do you remember the old rule about looking at the mirror one last time before leaving the house and taking something off, just to make sure you're not overdoing it? Old rules are meant to be broken, at least if you're Uma Thurman and can make everything work. Maybe the secret is that most of the jewelry Uma is wearing is on the small and dainty side, so even if there are quite a few shiny pieces, the overall impression is still balanced. It also doesn't hurt that she's very tall, so it's not like she's a walking ball of bling.
I still wonder if Uma took something off before leaving the house.
