I've been telling you that Chicago is where it's at right now. Clearly, the coasts are starting to heed my warnings. One of NYC's biggest parties, the Rated X (Panty Party) juggernaut, are taking their debaucherousness to the Windy City tonight for a rager known as the Outdanced Rated X Chicago Panty Party featuring a DJ set by Simian Mobile Disco. That's just the beginning, as you also get sets by Rated X-ers Theo and Michael T, my Dark Wave Disco bols Trancid and Mark Gertz, DJ Pier Novikov, a live set by Peppermint Gummybears, photos by Bronques from Lastnightsparty.com. It's brought to you by Outdanced, who've outdone themselves with this one. It's also the kick-off dance party for this year's Estrojam, the Chicago festival dedicated to women and their artistic voices. It's free with an rsvp to the going.com site before midnight, giveaways, super cheap $1 beers, 9-2am. Tuesdays ain't supposed to be this amazing, are they? P.S. Note the flier. Kittens = top billing.

-I mentioned the Six Six Sick! party before, but sadly have not done a good job reminding people of this one. Tonight's a good time to start again, as DJ Dimitry! of High Voltage is one of the special guests joining the excellent resident Micprobes. The other guest is Peter Pazdrowski of Bloodshot Revival, the NYC indie band. It should be a great night of indie from the dance-y spectrum downstairs at Happy Ending (302 Broome St.) You also get the 66Sick Girls hosting, a vodka open bar from 10-its gone, no cover, 21+ and a pretty great Tuesday night. Yeah!

-Here's another party that I think we've mentioned before, but let's just pretend it's a new one. Seven Sins goes down every Tuesday at Seven (7292 Santa Monica Blvd) in West Hollywood. Resident DJ HIGHspeedDUB is spinning tonight with special guests Young Americans, who hold down Fix Up and Get Famous. Presented by Have Not and Shadowscene, photos by the everywhere-everynight Shadowscene, there's no cover, rsvp@havenotmusic.com, 21+.

-Okay, here's a new party with a special late addition guest. The party is Hoodies and Heels, brought to you by Vin Sol. He does this every Tuesday at The Double Dutch (3192 16th) St.@Guerrero), one of the best DJs out on the West Coast. Tonight, he's joined by the one and only, future Essential Mixer, Low Budget of Hollertronix, who's currently on tour with M.I.A. I think that Mr. Pharmacist, a.k.a. Gregg Foreman, is spinning, but not 100% positive. Don't be greedy! This is a fucking killer duo, San Fran, no cover, crazy drink specials ($2 Buds & $5 Don Julio tequila), 21+.
