Fabulous Lunch Recipes!
So after my great summer of course I fell off the wagon of healthy eating between barbecues and vacas but I am back and I have great recipes to share.
I simply went to the supermarket and bought these great whole wheat wraps for $1.79 and a bag of lettuce for $2.99. Both of these items are the essentials to the fast and simple recipes. They will also last at least two weeks, when using the wraps and lettuce Monday through Friday.
Recipe 1:
Whole Wheat Wrap
Thin Sliced Butterball Turkey Sandwich Meat (only 15 calories in each slice)
One slice of Swiss or American Cheese
Handful of lettuce
1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing
Wrap and Go!
Recipes 2:
Whole Wheat Wrap
Scrambled Egg (prepared night before or morning, to be heated in microwave)
One slice American Cheese
Handful of Lettuce
1 Tablespoon Salsa
Wrap and Go!
Recipe 3:
Whole Wheat Wrap
1/2 Cup Seafood Medley (or seafood of your choice)
1/2 Cup White or Brown Rice
Handful of Lettuce
1 Tablespoon of Lemon
Wrap and Go!
